Lago Ranco Sauvignon Blanc, 2023, Osorno Valley, Patagonia, Casa Silva
Casa Silva Lago Ranco Sauvignon Blanc, due to its origin in the Futrono Vineyard in Chilean Patagonia, a privileged terroir due to its proximity to Lake Ranco and the Andes Mountains, this Sauvignon Blanc presents unique and special characteristics, fruity aromas, balanced flavors and an excellent choice to enjoy.
A Sauvignon Blanc very different from those of the Central Valley, fermented slowly and at low temperature. Very good acidity, balance and above all elegant.
Straw yellow with greenish hues. Aromas of fresh pineapple, green apple, white pear, orange blossom, green grass and yellow lemon. The palate has high acidity, mineral, crisp texture, good volume, citrus flavors and a floral finish. Its finish is slightly salin end of good persistence. Serve with fish and seafood such as sea bass ceviche or machas with green sauce.
