Altura is the finest wine the Silva family can produce. It’s extremely limited production, only 12,194 bottles, comes from select mini plots on the family’s Los Lingues Estate, situated in the North East corner of the now famous Colchagua Valley; and, on the rolling slopes which form the foothills of the magnificent Andes Mountains. The estate is recognised today as one of Chile’s most exciting vineyards. A magical spot with exceptional soils, and a unique mountain breeze that blows every afternoon ensuring perfect, slow ripening.

Live and intense deep ruby colour. On the nose, elegant and complex with notes of ripe red fruits, blackberry and dried plums. Excellent balance between French oak and fruit. On the palate, intense, full, rich and expressive. Round with elegant tannins, which leads through to a very long and harmonious finish. It clearly shows the exceptional terroir of Los Lingues.
