White Cliffs 2018 is the second release of the Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine from Simpsons’ Wine Estate. Created from 100% estate-grown Chardonnay and expertly crafted using the Great British Classic Method, this wine has been produced from grapes picked during the Simpsons’ third harvest in October 2018.

Pale gold with a fine mousse, this wine has classic aromas of citrus and green apple, balanced with subtle, toasted brioche notes and distinctive minerality, ending in a rich, persistent finish.
