Clean and bright, pale yellow with delicate green highlights.

Nose : It is very intense and fine on the nose, clean, direct, with a fresh, fruity character. Green notes of boxwood are blended with citrus aromas of lime, and mineral notes, such as phosphorus.

Palate : On the palate it is flavourful and refreshing, showing a touch of salinity blended with aromas of grapefruit, fennel and other aromatic herbs. Easy to drink, with an elegant and pleasant finish.

Ageing : The wine was left in tank on its fine lees for 2 months before bottling

Food pairings :  Ideal for any occasion, as an aperitif or to accompany a main meal. Perfect with fish and seafood, white meats, pasta and fresh salads.
