Nose : notes of red and black fruits intertwined with light notes of toast from its time spent in oak barrels.
Palate : fresh and juicy, light on the palate but with a full-flavoured finish.
Ageing : 3 months in French and American oak barrels.
Food pairings : An everyday wine. Ideal for barbecues and tapas. A good accompaniment for lamb and other roast meats, pasta dishes, risottos, lentils, pulses and semimature cheeses. It is also the perfect wine for aperitifs or to be enjoyed on its own.
