Manna Cuvée, Tokaj, 2019, Pelle Pince

Pelle Manna cuvée 2019 is a deep gold colour sweet wine from Mád. The bouquet opens up immediately and shows complex mix of mango, pear, honey and roasted seeds scents in the nose. Even though it is a lateharvest wine, its 175 grams residual sugar level is higher than the limit for 6puttonyos aszú (over 150gr/l)! The palate is nicely balanced with medium plus acids to match the ripe fruits. Aromas of ripe apricot, fig and passion fruit slowly transform into caramel and roasted nutmeg flavours in the long finish.
