In collaboration with Bodega Colomé, Thibaut Delmotte realized a dream. A wine lovingly made with the least amount of human intervention, and without adding sulphites, that reflect the purity, power, and passion of this extreme land.

Deep and intense in color, the nose is full of red fruits (strawberry and raspberry), with floral (violet) and mineral notes. It is an explosion of pure fruit on the mouth, with a good body, balanced by a lovely freshness and elegant tannins.

It is a lively and healthy wine that deserves to be decanted to express its complexity better. As it is not filtered, it may have natural sediments that are removed by decanting.
