Thibaut Delmotte Malbec, Salta, Colome Estate

Since 2005, Thibaut Delmotte is the winery’s winemaker. He is from France and graduated from Beaune, Burgundy. Before his arrival in Colomé, he worked five years in France, Burgundy, and Bordeaux. In Burgundy, he achieved his great experience with respect to the land, he learnt to be able to understand and express it. He specialized in the most noble variety; Pinot Noir.

In collaboration with Bodega Colomé, he realized a dream. An author wine that embodies all that this extreme land has to offer. Elegance, complexity, purity, and deep, concentrated flavors unimaginable anywhere else on earth.

Deep and intense in color, the nose is full of black fruits (cherries and blackberries), white pepper, a well-integrated toast and violet. It is very balanced on the mouth, with a significant volume and a lot of freshness. Round and ripe tannins. Given its freshness and tannic structure, and thanks to its maturity and finesse, you can enjoy this wine now or keep it for 10 years in your cellar.
