The Iron Duke Cabernet Sauvignon, Langhorne Creek, 2018, Bleasdale

Produced in limited quantities, this wine shows distinct varietal character and purity. Medium bodied with layers of floral and fruit flavour, supported by complexity from maturation in French oak with firm lingering tannins. This wine has been naturally fined and racked before bottling without filtration, it is normal for some sediment to form. Decanting two hours prior to drinking is recommended.12 months new (25%) and seasoned French oak puncheons.

Perfect with Osso Bucco or a slow roasted butterflied lamb shoulder.
