The best white organic grapes from Requena were selected to become the base of this Cava. It has remained in total calm for more than 12 months at 15ºC and without any sudden changes in temperature or light. It has been growing in complexity and roundness in the mouth and polishing the finesse of its bubble. Straw yellow Cava with greenish tones. Living, fine and persistent bubble. In the nose it is frank, highlight aromas of white fruits and citrus notes with a background of very elegant pastries. On the palate it is round, easy step, its effervescence envelops the palate leaving a long aftertaste with hints of ripe fruit. This complex Cava is ideal to enjoy during the whole meal, being especially suitable for rice dishes, seafood, fish baked, Pasta or even accompanying a good duck Magret.

2 x Prosecco Castello Sestiere 4357, Treviso, Fabiano, Italy

Named after the street in Venice where the Fabiano family started out in wine from, this is a nice light bubbly with good acidity which balances the elevated sugar levels. Delicately fruity and floral bouquet with hints of apple, pear and delicate notes of citrus. Fresh, lively and velvety taste. Sapid and persistent in the mouth with a modarate alcohol content. Prosecco is great as an aperitif, or can be perfectly paired with finger foods or desserts. Because it is low in alcohol, while still being crisp (due to a high acidity), it can cut through the richness of finger foods, and offer some relief from the sweetness of desserts.

Delicate and sophisticated. Amalaya Brut Nature is a harmonious blend of two emblematic varieties, the Calchaquí Valley, Salta. Riesling-Torrontés is the perfect blend for this sparkling wine of great aromatic persistence with fruity notes. Bright golden color and fine bubbles. Nose: fresh sensation with subtle scent of orange blossom exuded by Torrontés, together with fresh fruity notes such as green apple and pineapple stemming from Riesling. Flavour: the wine opens dynamically, with minerals and medium volume, preserving freshness, and closes delicately acid. Fresh and elegant persistence.
