Separe Gruner Veltliner, Adelaide Hills, 2022/2023, Pike & Joyce

An Austrian variety that has found a home in the Adelaide Hills, Gruner Veltliner was first planted by Pike & Joyce in 2010.  We have 2 separate plantings on very different locations across the Estate.  Each provides very different flavours and are blended to produce the ‘Separe’ Gruner Veltliner.

A crisp and dry white wine with stone fruit and typical Gruner peppery/rocket-like notes. Texture, soft acid and fruit richness on the finish adds length and structure.
