Refreshing and elegant, Cape Crest is a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc of distinct refinement. Pale, straw-coloured and with flecks of brilliant lime-green, this sauvignon blend has complexing aromas of gooseberry, fennel, grapefruit and red currants. Toasted coconut and textured spice from French oak development combines with guava, mango, concentrated citrus, white flowers and creamy, clover honey to give this moreish wine its unique level of weight, depth and length.

Barrel fermented to give it a plushier, mellower style than most NZ Sauvignon Blancs, you can cellar this for several years (most Sauvignon Blancs don’t keep) or enjoy it now with fish and other seafood.
