A unique Rose blend made from Malbec and Torrontes. On the nose, a very subtle floral aroma of orange blossoms from the Torrontés and strawberry notes typical of Malbec. Very Fresh. In mouth, refreshing entry, velvety and fruiy. Medium body which preserves freshness and fruitness. The final is fresh, elegant and the torrontes floral notes outstand in a subtle way.

2 x Tavola Rosato, 2022, Piemont, Franco Conterno, Italy

Vibrant pink colour. Rich and complex bouquet on the nose, floral with red fruit and slightly woody notes. In the mouth it reveals great aromatic potential, strong acidity and a savory and very persistent finish. Excellent with seafood and white meats.

2 x Rose, 2023, Bakaa Valley, Domaine des Tourelles, Lebanon

The Rosé is a blend of Cinsault, Syrah and Tempranillo. Grown over sand and clay-limestone soils, the grapes are hand harvested and fermented using indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The Cinsault and Tempranillos are direct pressed and the Syrah is saignee. Loaded with salty strawberry and tart cherry notes, this is a textured rose that can compete with some of the best from Bandol, but has its own Lebanese character.

Aromas of red fruits especially cherries entice you on the nose, while the palate, marked by a lovely freshness. Great for summer drinking on the terrace and as accompaniment to Lebanese and other spicy dishes. Served with fresh grilled oily fishes with a salsa verde or some hot smoked salmon.
