Another really good Pikes Riesling from what was quite a challenging vintage. Makes a lovely drink as a fresh, young white wine, but will take 5-7 years in the bottle for those who like bottle aged Riesling. Still the world’s best Oyster wine. Crisp, fresh and dry, loaded with “waxy”lemon and grapefruit flavours wrapped around a core of well balanced mineral acidity.
