Riesling, DOC Trentino-Alto Adige, Falkenstein

Made with 100% Riesling grapes, this wine of great complexity and elegance, the nose is mineral and intense. Notes of flowers (mimosa, daisies), yellow apples, citrus and tropical fruit and great minerality. On the palate is full-bodied with a quivering acidity, good balance and long finish. Excellent with white meat, shellfish, pasta with scampi, lobster noodles and fish in general (avoid delicate dishes).
