Freisa is a lively red wine that is perfect to drink with salami. In the glass comes with a vigorous and lively bubble and offers notes of cherry, raspberry and black spices. The sip is fresh and harmonious, with a finish of beautiful fruity persistence. Excellent served chilled in the summer (5-7°).

4 x Grenache, 2019, Stellenbosch, Rustenberg, South Africa

Being typically light in colour, low in tannin and medium-bodied, Grenache is the ideal red wine to drink on its own or to pair with tapas style foods and cured meats. In its youth the wine exhibits very attractive red fruit flavours, such as strawberry and cherry, along with a wonderful pepper spice. As the wine ages it will reveal a more savoury fruit profile. Aging Potential : Up to 6 years from vintage under ideal cellaring conditions.

4 x Los Companeros, Shiraz/Tempranillo, 2019, Clare Valley, Pikes, Australia

A vibrant display of red and blue jubey fruits, intertwined with five spice and cinnamon. Charry oak and some herbal characters adding complexity. The soft blue and red berry characters follow on to the palate. Shiraz providing a mouthful of plush spicey-sweet fruit, whilst Tempranillo plays its hand by contributing a deliciously rustic, savoury tannin profile.
