The beautiful Hemel-en-Aarde Valley represents that unique combination of soil and climate that exists in only a handful of places where the exact balance provides the perfect expression of this elusive grape.

Perhaps best described as most typically Pinot Noir-like in flavour, rich but elegant. A beautiful wine, deftly balanced with lots of red berry fruit charakter and pretty floral aromas. Its inherent balance and fruity personality promises the development of added flavour dimensions over a period of ageing. Pairs beautifully with red meats, fish, poultry, game birds, tuna and cheese.
