Gran Terroir Petit Verdot, Colchagua Valley, Casa Silva

Ruby black with violet hues. On the nose ripe black fruits, strawberries and toffee. On the palate, round, firm tannins, very good acidity and blackberry notes lead into a very long finish. Ageing : 80% aged in new French oak barrels for 12 months; 20% in stainless steel tanks.

This unique Petit Verdot should be paired with robust, hearty game dishes such as venison or smoked duck. Delicious with brisket, lamb chops or spicy meats like salami. Also enjoy it with very strong cheeses.
