Freisa is a lively red wine that is perfect to drink with salami. In the glass comes with a vigorous and lively bubble and offers notes of cherry, raspberry and black spices. The sip is fresh and harmonious, with a finish of beautiful fruity persistence. Excellent served chilled in the summer (5-7°).

Rich aromas of blackberries, cassis, eucalyptus and dark chocolate follow through to a smooth palate that is both balanced and wellrounded with fine grained tannins. This wine can be enjoyed now or will benefit from maturation in ideal cellar conditions.

A vibrant display of red and blue jubey fruits, intertwined with five spice and cinnamon. Charry oak and some herbal characters adding complexity.

The soft blue and red berry characters follow on to the palate. Shiraz providing a mouthful of plush spicey-sweet fruit, whilst Tempranillo plays its hand by contributing a deliciously rustic, savoury tannin profile.

A cherry bon-bon on the nose, Estate Vineyards Gamay Noir entices with fresh raspberry, juicy strawberry and sweet, red, toffee-apple. Cherry-red with a vibrant purple edge, gamay’s soft tannins give the palate moreish balance and weight. Flecks of aniseed and baking spices run through to the long finish. Delicious with depth, sippable with substance, Estate Vineyards Gamay Noir has character and charm, as well as oodles of red fruit freshness and immediate appeal.

A traditional blend. Deep ruby red with fantastically expressive aromas of cherries, cedar wood, rosemary and cloves. A rich savoury palate with lots of Morello cherry and blackberry flavours, some earthy spice and fine tannins. A wine packed with flavour and heritage.

Perfect with rich, lamb casseroles or a spicy chickpea harissa stew.

Black fruit, plums and mulberry aromas, combined with chocolate and oak notes. On the palate, it is very ripe and concentrated, with an excellent structure, a long and persistent aftertaste. Four to six months ageing in oak barrels.
