Le Pinacle or ‘the pinnacle’ is the highest point of the tower on the Chateau at Domaine Sainte Rose thus, symbolically, this expertly crafted Cabernet Sauvignon joins our premium wine range, with a Chardonnay and Syrah reaching the same oenological heights. Created from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine spent six months in medium toast French and American oak barrels to showcase the wonderful flavour-profile and caressing tannins of this variety.

Colour: Opulent, deep ruby. Nose: Enticing blackberry notes with hints of spice and redcurrant. Palate:Luxurious mouthfeel with soft tannins, a spiced and gentle toasty palate and a generous finish.

This wine makes for the perfect companion for this time of year – ready to hunker down with of an evening or pairing with earthy and warming autumn dishes, such as mushroom pivithier or a flourless chocolate torte. Santé!
