Le Pinacle Chardonnay, Languedoc, Domaine Sainte Rose

‘Le Pinacle’ is the name given to the exclusive series of wines at the top of our range at Domaine Sainte Rose, named after the highest point on the Domaine, the iconic turret on the crest of the château – ‘The Pinnacle’.

Created from selected parcels of grapes that were carefully vinified to achieve the highest quality possible. This is a luxurious, barrel fermented Chardonnay that spent 12 months aging in new and one-year-old French oak barrels, with partial malolactic fermentation. Released in the perfect time, just as the days are getting longer, when it will be a perfect accompaniment to al fresco grilled fish, barbecued chicken or spiced roasted cauliflower steaks.

Colour: Glorious pale gold appearance.

Nose: Bursting with white peach aromas and overtones of tropical fruit.

Palate: Complex spicy, leesy palate that has long layers of intense flavours.
