Late Harvest, Gewurztraminer-Semillon-Viognier, Colchagua Valley, Casa Silva

This lively wine offers floral aromas mixed with notes of pink grapefruit and orange confiture. On the palate it is round, fully bodied, with good acidity and notes of orange peel, that lead into a pleasant and very long finish.

The Semillon is taken from a small plot on the Angostura Estate  from vines that date back to 1912. The Gewurztraminer allows for floral aromas, most specifically roses. The two varieties come together harmoniously to give a sweet, complex and elegant wine. Ideal with dessert or if further  chilled can also be ideal as an aperitif.
