Zsófia Cuvée, Late Harvest, Tokaj, 2021, Pelle Pince

Many kinds of tropical fruits, apricots, mangoes, passion fruit. A full-bodied, well-concentrated wine with apricots, tropical fruits, sweet citrus, and a slight botrytis character. Nice acids offset residual sugar. Wine made from rhyolite and brown clay soils of Király and Dancka vineyards. It was fermented spontaneously in a barrel and then matured there as well.
