Bright, pale straw-yellow with depth, lighter on the rim. The nose is gently full, leading pear, baked apple aromas with a hint of stonefruit and white florals. Medium-full bodied, off-dry to taste, aromas of pear and baked apple melded with lilies and a touch of five-spice. The mouthfeel is rounded with balanced sugar sweetness; a spicy acid line draws a moreish closing.
