Nose : A complex, perfumed wine with notes of black and red fruit, combined with hints of resinous oils, light spices and violets.

Palate : On the palate it is rounded, juicy and fresh. A long, fleshy, mineral finish. Perfectly balanced with noticeable elegance.

Ageing : Aged and bottled on the property. Ageing in French oak during 12 months with at least 10 months in bottle. This careful ageing bestows the wine with a greater complexity and personality, and great intensity of fruit.

Food pairings : A complex yet approachable wine with infinite nuances, it is perfect for discovering and enjoying with numerous dishes from “mar y montaña” rice dishes, risottos, pasta, pulses, stews, roasts, meat, cheeses to fusion cuisine.
