Palate: Bursting with crunchy granny smith apple flavours and acidity. Lemon drop lollies and hints of white nectarine evident as well. The finish is balanced and bright with a talc-like mineral texture. Drink now or cellar for 5 -10 years. Best served with fresh Coffin Bay oysters.
