Estate Vineyards Chardonnay has ripe stone fruit and citrus characters, subtly enhanced by fermentation in seasoned oak barrels, lee’s contact and a creamy malolactic influence, to create a rich and elegant wine. Estate Vineyards Chardonnay has the aromas of white meadow flowers, French vanilla and floral, juicy Hawke’s Bay peaches. Bright light gold, the palate unfurls with a balance of rock melon, sweet lemon, candied lime and complexing notes of biscuit, stone fruit and grilled nuts. A pure chardonnay with lovely length and a crisp clean finish. Estate Vineyards Chardonnay is delicious own its own, or a wonderful partner for both simply prepared and fuller flavoured seafood, and white meat dishes.
