Excellet, dry cava that spent 12 months on lees. Wonderful creamy texture, freshness and stone fruit aromas.

Made exlusively from Chardonnay grapes grown high in the hills surrounding the town of Requena. Pale yellow, with fine bubbles. Pale, straw yellow, bright cava with fine, persistent bubbles. Complex and intense aroma, reminescent of white and stone fruits on an elegant background of pastry with floral notes.

This cava is ideal to bea enjoyed throughout the meal, with a creamy mouthfeel and is particulary suitable for fish and baked meats. Best to be cinsumed at 6-8 C.
