Casa Silva Colección Carmenere, a ruby red wine with aromas of tobacco, black and red fruits. The palate is round, with balanced acidity and soft tannins, notes of naturally sweet fruits, cherries and blackberries. Clean and long finish.

Due to its great versatility, ripe tannins and pleasant acidity, it is ideal with lean red meats such as steak, as well as with game birds such as partridge and quail. Ideal with the classic pastel de choclo and humitas.
