Syrah, Langhorne Creek, 2023, Bleasdale

Handpicked from some of our oldest estate vines, this Syrah has been fermented with 20% whole bunches before pressing to French Oak puncheons for 9 months maturation.

Leading with spice and savoury perfume, the palate shows blue and blackberry fruits supported by old vine tannin power and persistence. Vegan friendly.

Designed for early consumption, however this may enjoy cellaring to 2031 or beyond. Best served 15ºC – 16ºC
