Bolle Cuvee Spumante Extra Dry, Treviso, Andreola di Stefano Pola

Andreola Bollé Extra Dry is a very pleasant, aromatic and balanced sparkling wine. With a straw yellow appearance, it has a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it offers a slightly floral and slightly fragrant olfactory bouquet. On the palate it is fresh, vibrant, with a very clean finish. Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with small samples based on sushi and sashimi.
