This Cabernet Sauvignon from De Los Lingues Vineyard has great power, complexity and personality that make it a unique wine. It is a wine produced at the foot of the Andes Mountains. It is the best reflection of the great Cabernet Sauvignon that Chile produces.

Ruby red with violet tints. Aromas of ripe blackberries, black currants, fresh figs, black currant liqueur, licorice, nutmeg, tobacco and cardamom. The palate is elegant, silky, with medium-high acidity, powerful and velvety tannins, it is structured, harmonious, with great persistence and varietal character in the mouth. The finish is long and spicy. Serve with well-seasoned red meats such as Oxtail on sweet potato purée and its own juice sauce. Drink now or cellar for up to 15 years.
