Made from 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Marsanne. This is a vibrant and modern white wine to enjoy now. We harvest both varieties together. After pressing the whole bunches and decanting the must, co-fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 15°C to express the varietal typicity. There is no malolactic fermentation and no oak to preserve freshness.

Pale gold color with greenish hues. The Sauvignon Blanc dominates the nose with lime and herbaceous notes, while the Marsanne adds complexity with notes of ripe white fruit, honey, and spices. On the palate, the Sauvignon Blanc provides a freshness, while the Marsanne balances it with volume and persistence.
