Austria

Burgenland is Austria’s second largest wine region, but the first in terms of the number of sunny days per year. It is located on the border with Hungary, near the town of Andau and Lake Neusiedl. It is on the Neusiedler See that the vineyard of the Scheiblhofer family, which has been one of the quality leaders in the region for more than 30 years, is located. The Zweigelts and Blaufrankisch produced here are among the best in the country, and the bar is set high, because Austria not only invests in modern solutions, but also supports sustainable agriculture, which directly affects the quality of the grapes.
